For quality-related concerns, please upload high-resolution photos of the printing error or damage to help our team expedite your claim.

Print Your Return Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original container.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier; your refund or replacement order will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
